Vehicle assignment and equipment depend on passenger count, luggage, route conditions, availability, and applicable traction requirements. We coordinate pickup outside baggage claim at COS.
Ski and snowboard gear can be planned into the vehicle selection when booking, with dedicated cargo space for ski bags and luggage.

Berthoud Pass weather delays require careful return planning. For return flights out of COS, we recommend a substantial buffer that allows time for mountain roads, traffic, and airport check-in.

Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a 100% refund; 24–48 hours for a 50% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.
Mountain conditions and pass closures are handled in availability and dispatch procedures—zero surge pricing. Severe cancellations follow published policy.
