Is the published price per person or per vehicle?

What is the luggage capacity of your vehicles?
A private SUV accommodates up to 6 passengers with luggage. Passenger vans provide additional group capacity for larger parties up to 10. Learn more about our vehicle specifications and gear space on our fleet page.
Can we bring skis and snowboards?
Yes. Include the number of ski bags, snowboards, suitcases, and other oversized items when booking or requesting a quote. Equipment fit matters even when the passenger count is within the vehicle limit. See our ski gear & luggage guide for packing tips.
Do you provide child seats?
GoSno can provide one booster seat and one forward-facing child seat total, subject to availability. Rear-facing infant seats are not provided. Please request child seats in your reservation notes during booking.
Where do I meet my driver at Denver International Airport?
After collecting your luggage, follow the meeting instructions sent for your confirmed trip. Airport pickup locations can change based on terminal and curbside operations, so remain in contact with your driver or dispatch. You can also review the DEN private driver pickup guide before you travel.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
When flight information is provided, GoSno monitors available flight updates automatically and coordinates pickup timing and curbside instructions with you. Baggage delivery, airport access, curbside restrictions, weather, and other operating conditions can affect timing, so remain in contact with dispatch or your driver.
What happens if mountain weather or a pass closure affects the trip?
Mountain travel remains subject to road, weather, closure, and traction-law conditions. If restrictions affect Vail Pass, Loveland Pass, Berthoud Pass, or another route, GoSno coordinates the available routing, delay, or pickup options with you. Cancellation and refund eligibility follows the published Cancellation & Refund Policy.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made 24–48 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup and no-shows are non-refundable. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
Can I book a round trip?
Yes. Route pages can start the round-trip process, or you can explore our dedicated round-trip transportation and resort return shuttle service. Trips that need custom timing or multiple stops can be submitted as a quote.
What if my trip is not listed online?
Contact GoSno with the pickup location, destination, date, passenger count, and luggage or ski-equipment details. You can submit a custom quote request or reach out directly through our contact page.
Are taxes, airport fees, and gratuity included?
The advertised flat rate includes all required airport access fees and tolls. Gratuity is not included and is left entirely to your discretion.
Can we make a stop for groceries, coffee, or restrooms?
Yes. Because GoSno is a private car service, quick stops for coffee or restrooms along the route are fine. Grocery stops can also be made if ordered in advance from the grocery store for curbside or store pickup so your driver can load your order.
Is GoSno a limo service?
GoSno provides private airport and mountain transportation in winter-ready SUVs and passenger vans. Some travelers search for this as a Denver limo service or airport car service, but our focus is dependable, direct group transportation with dedicated ski gear space—not stretch limousines or formal luxury chauffeur service.
