Why do return shuttles require such an early departure buffer?
The I-70 mountain corridor is Colorado's sole east-west arterial from the high country. On peak departure days (especially Sunday afternoons and holiday weekends), heavy skier traffic and CDOT Eisenhower Tunnel metering frequently turn a 2-hour drive into 3.5 or 4 hours. Adding time for airport bag drop, ski equipment screening, TSA lines, and the DEN train to concourses ensures you never miss a flight.
Where does the driver pick our group up on the return day?
Your driver arrives directly at your mountain lodge, condo porte-cochère, or private residence front door. We assist with all heavy luggage, boot bags, and ski equipment, loading everything safely into the heated vehicle.
What if bad weather closes mountain passes on our return day?
GoSno monitors Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) cameras, road sensors, and weather forecasts around the clock. If a winter storm or avalanche mitigation closure is anticipated on Vail Pass, Berthoud Pass, or at the Eisenhower Tunnel, dispatch contacts you in advance to recommend an adjusted pickup time.
Where are we dropped off at Denver International Airport?
We drop you off directly on Level 6 Curbside (Departures) outside your specific airline check-in door (West or East Terminal) for immediate bag check and security access.
Can I book a one-way return shuttle only?
Yes. Many travelers fly into Eagle-Vail (EGE) or Aspen (ASE) but return through Denver (DEN) due to weather or flight connections. You can book a one-way return shuttle directly online.
