Your driver picks up directly at your confirmed Winter Park Resort Village, Mary Jane, or Fraser Valley lodging, loads all ski bags, snowboards, and suitcases, and drops your group off at Denver Airport Level 6 Departures outside your airline check-in doors.
All ski bags, snowboards, boot bags, and checked luggage are included in your flat vehicle rate. Share your passenger and bag counts when booking so vehicle fit can be confirmed before pickup.
Private SUVs ($349) accommodate up to 6 passengers with luggage; groups of 7 to 10 can book a private passenger van for up to 10 passengers, subject to luggage and gear fit ($499). Groups of 11+ passengers are coordinated with multi-vehicle combinations.
Dispatch monitors CDOT Berthoud Pass (US-40) and I-70 road conditions and communicates proactively if an incoming winter storm or avalanche-mitigation hold requires an earlier departure window.
Configured private SUV and passenger-van routes can be booked online when the selected date and time have availability. Round trips can also be booked online on supported route pairs; custom or unsupported trips use the quote path.

Customers must provide accurate passenger, suitcase, ski-bag, snowboard, child-seat, and oversized-item information. If vehicle fit is uncertain, GoSno will confirm the appropriate vehicle.

Dedicated gear space for skis, snowboards, and luggage within vehicle capacity (up to 6 passengers).
Up to 1 booster and 1 forward-facing seat total upon advance request (subject to availability). Rear-facing infant seats are guest-supplied.
Private vehicle flexibility: restroom and coffee stops are fine. Grocery stops are accommodated when ordered in advance from the grocery store.
Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a 100% refund; 24–48 hours for a 50% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.
Mountain conditions and pass closures are handled in availability and dispatch procedures—zero surge pricing. Severe cancellations follow published policy.
