Direct answer: GoSno operates in DEN’s limousine transportation category. After collecting your luggage, remain on Level 5 of the Jeppesen Terminal and proceed outside to Island 2. DEN directs prearranged limousine passengers to check in at the limo booth near the designated east- or west-side doors. Your GoSno driver will text you to confirm which side and door to use.

Official DEN limousine pickup area

Denver International Airport assigns prearranged limousine transportation to Level 5, Island 2 outside the Jeppesen Terminal.

The designated doors are:

  • East side: Doors 505–507 and 511–513
  • West side: Doors 504–506 and 510–512

Do not use Level 4, the rideshare island or a general passenger pickup lane unless your driver or airport personnel specifically instruct you otherwise.

How GoSno coordinates your pickup

GoSno uses the flight information supplied with your reservation to monitor your arrival. After landing, your driver will typically send a text message introducing themselves and providing initial pickup guidance.

Collect all checked luggage, skis, snowboards and other oversized items before confirming that you are ready. Once everything is in hand, reply to your driver. Your driver will confirm the correct terminal side and designated limousine pickup door.

Proceed outside on Level 5 to Island 2 and follow DEN’s limousine check-in instructions at the limo booth. Your driver will advise when the vehicle is approaching the pickup position.

Airport congestion, commercial vehicle staging, construction and severe weather can affect curbside timing.

Traveling with skis and oversized luggage

Skis and snowboards may arrive separately from standard checked luggage. Wait until all equipment is physically in your possession before telling your driver that your group is ready for pickup.

If the number of passengers, bags or ski cases differs from the reservation, notify GoSno before leaving baggage claim so the team can confirm that the assigned vehicle remains appropriate.

Delayed or early flights

GoSno monitors the flight information provided with the booking, but passengers should still watch for driver messages after landing.

If your flight number changes, your itinerary is rebooked, or you arrive on a different flight, contact GoSno as soon as possible. A new arrival time or flight number may affect driver availability and pickup coordination.

If you cannot find the pickup area

Remain on Level 5 and contact your driver or GoSno dispatch before moving to another transportation level or island.

Do not enter a rideshare or taxi pickup area unless instructed by DEN personnel or GoSno dispatch.
