Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that winter weather, flight changes, and travel schedules can be unpredictable. We aim to offer a fair and clear refund policy for all private bookings.

1. Full Refunds

We offer a **100% full refund** for any private transfer cancelled up to **24 hours prior** to the scheduled airport landing or resort pickup time.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled pickup are subject to a 50% reservation hold fee because a vehicle and driver have already been reserved for your trip.

3. Severe Weather & Pass Closures

If Loveland Pass, Vail Pass, or Berthoud Pass are closed by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) due to severe winter storms or safety hazards, we work with you to re-route or delay your transfer. If transit becomes physically impossible, we issue a full refund regardless of the cancellation window.
